Compensation

For most engagements, Business Performance Partners is compensated by the provider you ultimately select — only if and when you choose to move forward. We disclose every fee and referral arrangement in writing before any recommendation. For fractional HR, project-based operations work, and fiduciary 401(k) reviews, we quote flat fees in advance.

Independence

Business Performance Partners is not a PEO. We do not own a payroll platform, insurance carrier, or benefits administrator. We are not exclusively contracted to any single provider. Our recommendations reflect what we believe to be the best fit for the client — not what generates the highest commission.

Insurance licensing

Insurance services are offered through licensed producers in the states where our clients operate. License information is available on request to info@businessperformancepartners.com.

No legal or tax advice

Business Performance Partners does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. We coordinate with our clients' counsel and tax advisors where appropriate.
