Business Performance Partners may receive compensation when a business chooses to work with a provider or independent advisory firm introduced through our service. Applicable fees and referral arrangements are disclosed before you move forward.

Independence

Business Performance Partners is a business solutions partner. We are not a PEO, payroll platform, insurance carrier, benefits administrator, law firm, or accounting firm. Independent advisory and regulated services are provided by the appropriately qualified firms to which a business may be connected.

Insurance licensing

Insurance services are offered only through appropriately licensed independent producers in applicable states. License information is available from the firm providing those services.

No legal or tax advice

Business Performance Partners does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. We coordinate with our clients' counsel and tax advisors where appropriate.
